Shipping Policy

Orders are booked on our Courier platform and you can expect to receive your order within our standard delivery timeframe of 1-4 working days. Please allow a little longer for extra large items or rural destinations.

Note: Our postie will only collect the parcels early in the week: Monday to Wednesday. This will ensure our products – especially the mushroom spawns – are not sitting in transit over the weekend.

An automated email will be sent out with the tracking details to the email address you have provided.

Most ready-made kits are sent when they are 2 weeks old from the date of inoculation. We make sure all the ready-made kits we send out have a strong healthy mycelium prior to packing the orders.
