Refund Policy
Please note, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the purchase. Therefore, please choose carefully.
Upon receiving our products, please check if everything has arrived in good order. We do our best to provide you with a healthy mushroom kit and good-quality mushroom supplies. Unfortunately, due to our products being live, there will always be a chance of contamination during the stages of growth. The contamination will not show in the 2-week-old mushroom ready-made kit so we simply can’t confirm that this would have happened at the time the product is shipped.
If there are any issues, please message us with the order number and supply clear photographs of the damages or contamination. We will review your request and if your request is approved, you will receive either an online store voucher/ credit to put towards a future purchase, or a cash refund into your account. The credit or refund amount is for the product cost only – shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you decide that you want a refund, we will ask you to supply your bank details, and the product cost amount will be refunded to your nominated bank within 2 – 5 days.
We can only offer a replacement if you can pick up the replacement products in Auckland at an agreed time.
Valid circumstances to approve a refund
- The products have been damaged in transit.
- The mushroom ready-made kit got contaminated and did not fruit at all, even though you have followed the appropriate care instructions.
- The starter kit supplies are used within the specified instructions but issues have occurred.

Damaged Goods / Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and discuss a remedy with you moving forward.
